ABOUT DR. ASAD ALI SHAH
Dr. Asad Ali Shah is a professor, researcher, and an entrepreneur. He has earned his Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. His core area of interests are social research methods, technology & innovation, and entrepreneurship. He has been conducting several workshops and seminars on academic and non-academic topic areas at national and international forums. He has been teaching at different universities in Pakistan and Canada. He is the author of a number of publications that includes a book, journal articles, and reports. He is actively engaged in various social and community welfare projects and also supervising several academic researches. After completing his doctoral degree from Canada, Dr. Shah came back to Pakistan in 2018 to serve his country. Currently Dr. Asad is working with a research organisation Anthro Insights, heading a tech research company called TRIM under which he is running the only Pakistani social media network Sosho.pk, and also heading a publication network PakistanReview.com.

A series of Digital Entrepreneurship Workshops have been conducted several times annually by Dr. Asad Ali Shah with the help of Riphah Institute of Media Sciences, Riphah International University, Sarwar Foundation, and Karakoram International University Gilgit-Baltistan.
